ลักษณะงาน

As an Operation Assistant Intern, you will support our Customer Experience Specialist. You will help ensure exceptional service to both prospective and existing clients by identifying customer needs, responding to customer queries, tracking customer engagement, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize customer experiences and raise brand awareness. Responsibilities: - Track customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and Sales team to enhance customer services and brand awareness - Assist in planning and delivering training programs, coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and monitoring student progress - Support trainers in delivering programs to clients and potentially deliver specific training sessions - Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and inform customers about new product features - Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences - Respond to customer queries via phone, email, social media, or chat applications - Document processes, customer compliments, and complaints - Other assignments

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proactive and able to take initiative - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
