As a performance-based Digital Marketing and Media Advertising Sales (SALESPERSON), you'll play a crucial role in driving Thailand's digital and media advertising landscape. This is an opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven individual to harness their passion for sales and innovation in digital marketing. You will be acting as your own business within our sales team, sourcing new clients, using your skills, experience and contacts to smash sales targets and build a portfolio of recurring client payments. Grow your salary from month one by locking clients in for 6 to 12-month marketing contracts - hand the clients over to our Account Management team and get back to sourcing more clients. Your impact will extend beyond sales; it's about forging lasting relationships and shaping the future of Digital Marketing in a fast-paced, thriving environment. ***Only applicants with previous Digital Marketing Sales experience will be considered for this role.*** Along with an in-depth understanding of Digital Marketing services like SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Advertising, Lead Generation etc. Core Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Actively seek out and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones in collaboration with their assigned Account Manager. Understand client needs to provide tailored digital and media advertising solutions. - Strategic Sales Initiatives: Drive company and personal revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Focus on offering unique digital marketing services and media production solutions that address specific client challenges. - Consultative Approach: Engage in deep consultations to identify client needs, leveraging our suite of digital services to offer customised, problem-solving strategies. - Proposal Development & Presentation: Craft compelling, tailored proposals in collaboration with our Accounts and Creative Teams. Deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate the value and impact of our services. - Negotiation & Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term client partnerships. - Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings, enhancing brand visibility and forging new connections.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Industry Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing or Media Sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Bangkok market or similar urban settings. Previous experience in client servicing, advertising sales, or large-scale event sales in the media or digital agency sector is essential. - Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of the advertising and media industry, including digital marketing trends and media buying. A strong grasp of consumer trends, especially on social media platforms. - Product Knowledge: Understanding how Digital Marketing services work so you can easily explain the impact and benefits of each to clients and answer their questions. Products including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Optimisation (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM) etc. - Network: An extensive network of advertising contacts within Thailand and a proven track record of developing strong client relationships. - Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives. - Project Management and Multitasking: Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills. - Problem Solving: Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and a passion for new media, digital content, and social media content creation. - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential. - Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment. - Location: Must be available to work full-time from our Asoke Towers office in Bangkok.
