ลักษณะงาน

- Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues (mainly related on Human Capital Management System). - Facilitate valuable and clear verbal & written communication with customers. - To follow the company standard SLA (Service Level Agreement) in order to response & resolve the support ticket from the customer. - Coordinate with the team internally to identify & resolve issues as well as opportunities for improvement of systems and service.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Thai Nationality - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields - Strong sense of ownership and high level of accountability - Able to work multiple activities concurrently and as a team - Knowledge of advanced applications and leading software packages - Experience on HCM-Human Resource product will be preferred. - Good command of English
