ลักษณะงาน

1. Focusing on scouting, interviewing, and recommending a job to candidates. 2. Source and select potential candidates from various databases. 3. Interview qualified candidates. 4. Prepare resumes for candidates based on their profiles and work experience. 5.Negotiate job offers and conditions between candidates and clients. 6.Discuss job requirements with clients for open positions. Achieve monthly sales targets through sales activities and KPIs (Sales Targets Monthly and KPI Sent CV Candidates)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male / Female, Age 20-23 years old. Bachelor degree in related fields. Good command in English Able to use computer especially Self-confidence and friendly. Proactive thinking and logically understanding to conduct tasks. Patient, Polite and amicable manner within group company, customers and Service provider.
