1. Support daily IT Operation Services and basic IT operational tasks. Assist the team in monitoring, checking, and maintaining IT systems and services. 2. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and data using MS Office. 3. Support AI / Automation Projects to improve IT operation processes and work efficiency. 4. Assist in collecting, analyzing, and preparing data for AI or automation initiatives. 5. Coordinate with team members and support assigned tasks in IT Operation projects.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Currently studying in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. 2. Basic knowledge of IT systems and Information Technology. 3. Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 4 Interested in IT Operations, AI, and Automation. 5. Basic knowledge or experience in AI / Automation is a plus. 6. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
