- Welcome and assist both Thai and international customers - Give customers a tour of the studio - Explain how to use the sauna and cold plunge safely and properly - Introduce our services and products - Learn how to manage bookings and provide excellent customer service - Assist with customer inquiries and handle day-to-day situations - Prepare rooms for customers and maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment - Support the team with daily studio operations
