1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures. 3. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively. 4. Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. 5. Ensure guest satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. 3. Customer service oriented with a positive attitude. 4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 5. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
