-Drive revenue growth by formulating and executing strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed company targets -Foster a high-achieving, collaborative team culture and oversee staff performance -Eliminate internal sales competition and ensure strict adherence to company policies -Maintain seamless and effective communication with partner departments within the hotel to drive cross-functional success -Elevate the client experience through coordinated partnership efforts -Oversee efficient task delegation and workflow optimization -Maintain rigorous inventory control

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field -Minimum 1–2 years of proven management experience within a premium clinic or wellness center environment -Excellent command of English (spoken, read, and written) -Exceptional crisis-management skills with a cool-headed approach to on-the-spot troubleshooting -Highly adaptable and flexible, while maintaining unwavering compliance with corporate governance and operational standards
