ลักษณะงาน

- Partner with hiring managers to maintain up-to-date job descriptions, ensuring clarity of the role and requirements are aligned on recruiting method. - Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, social media channels, job board websites, job fairs and other resources. - Screen candidates and conduct first screening interview. - Prepare short-listed candidates for a hiring manager. - Contact candidates, Phone Interview, interview arrangements with a hiring manager/Clients/BD, and coordinate debrief after interviews.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- 3rd - 4th Year University Students - Good command of spoken and written English - Good communication skill. - Willingness to learn - Detail-oriented, Responsible, and Able to work well in a team - "Can do" attitude
