ลักษณะงาน

Assisting the Compliance Team in preparing and organizing documents for work permit and employment-related documents for migrant workers Checking candidate documents for completeness and basic accuracy (IDs, forms, etc). Supporting the team in compiling, scanning, and formatting documents for government submission systems. Tracking document status and following up internally on missing or incorrect information. Maintaining clear records, folders, and simple tracking sheets for compliance cases. Assisting with general administrative tasks related to compliance and documentation.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Currently a Thai undergraduate student, preferably in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, or interested in compliance/administrative work. Thai nationality, with fluent Thai reading and writing skills. Basic English skills – able to read documents and understand simple work instructions in English. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured documents and checklists. Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Google Sheets, PDF handling, scanning documents). Able to work carefully, responsibly, and follow defined processes and inst
