ลักษณะงาน

・Understand job descriptions and client requirements for candidate sourcing ・Source and pre-screen candidates through various channels ・Conduct phone interviews to collect information on candidates’ work history, education, job skills, etc. ・Create recruitment marketing materials to attract candidates via social media platforms ・Create candidate recommendations and share with the Recruitment Advisor / Business Development ・Report directly to the Team Manager and join the team meeting every Friday

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

・Open to 3rd and 4th year university students only ・Positive mindset with a “Can-Do Attitude.” ・Good command of spoken and written English. ・ A TOEIC or IELTS score is an advantage. ・Good interpersonal and communication skills ・High passion for recruitment, proactive, curious, and open-minded with a willingness to learn ***Please note that the entire interview process will be conducted in English. 2 rounds online & onsite***
