ลักษณะงาน

Unpaid, hybrid role on-site at True Digital Park (Bangkok) with WFH flexibility. You will serve as the operational engine supporting project planning, scheduling, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Workflow: Track milestones, manage critical docs, prepare status reports, and organize executive meetings/site visits. • Logistics: Expedite materials/info and proactively resolve timeline bottlenecks. • Stakeholders: Align seamlessly with Project Managers and local/international tech ecosystem partners.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Technical: Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Workspace. Active user of Generative AI to automate workflows and accelerate output. Reliable laptop required. Operations: Solid grasp of project scheduling, milestone tracking, vendor logistics, and sharp document quality control. Mindset: High agency with a bias for action, proactive problem solver, fluent in English, and confident interacting with senior stakeholders.
