Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished You Tube videos, podcasts, and short-form clips using Cap Cut or Canva. Optimization: Manage channel layouts, design thumbnails, write engaging titles/descriptions, and implement basic SEO. SOP Maintenance: Document the video production process into a clear standard workflow for seamless future handoffs.

Technical Production: Skilled in setting up, charging, and managing media equipment (mics, cameras, lighting) under strict checklist discipline. Content Editing: Proficient in cutting raw footage into long-form videos, podcasts, and high-engagement vertical clips (Shorts/Reels) Channel Optimization: Competent in you tube SEO, layout management, thumbnail design, and writing hook-driven titles/descriptions. Process Standardization: Capable of researching topics, scripting outlines with Ben, and documenting workflows into clear, repeatable SOPs.
