ลักษณะงาน

End-to-end recruitment support – Manage job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding. Talent sourcing – Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, including passive talent pools. Stakeholder coordination – Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People & Culture team to ensure a smooth hiring process. Employer branding – Develop compelling job ads and content for career events to enhance the company's employer brand. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Undergraduate student in 4th year or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Economics, or related fields, with strong academic performance - Available to work full-time (5 days per week) on-site for at least 6 months. - No prior professional recruitment experience is required; a strong desire to learn and a passion for people are essential. - Comfortable working in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and across cross-functional teams
