ลักษณะงาน

The Culinary Trainee is responsible for assisting the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of food while learning all aspects of kitchen operations. Under the guidance of experienced chefs, the trainee will gain practical knowledge of food production, hygiene standards, and culinary excellence. This position is designed to develop future hospitality professionals by providing comprehensive exposure to professional kitchen environments and international service standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards. - Good command of spoken and written English is an advantage. - Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. - Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
