Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate recruitment events and support event operations 2. Arrange hotel bookings, transportation, and other administrative tasks 3. Prepare and manage expense documents, invoices, and reimbursement records 4. Support administrative documentation and data entry 5. Create and post content on social media platforms to support recruitment campaigns 6. Contact and follow up with candidates via phone calls and messaging platforms 7. Assist the recruitment team with scheduling interviews and candidate coordination 8. Maintain accurate candidate and event records

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Requirements Currently studying in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields Strong communication and coordination skills Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok Good organizational skills and attention to detail Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills Good command of English and Thai is preferred
