ลักษณะงาน

1. Send pre-arrival messages to confirm details, arrival times, deposits, and set smooth check-in expectations. 2. Manage post-checkout follow-ups: request feedback, encourage reviews, offer extensions/upsells, and promote referrals/promo codes. 3. Update and maintain CRM: log all online/offline interactions, guest preferences, and feedback. 4. Support email marketing for lead generation: create campaigns, segment lists, send newsletters/promo deals, and nurture booking/camp inquiries. 5. Prepare reports on engagement metrics, review trends, conversion rates, and satisfaction to drive growth.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field. 2. Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and hospitality/travel industry. 3. Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar. 4. Excellent written English; Thai is a plus for local outreach. 5. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
