Control restaurant operations and lead the team to deliver consistent service standards and an excellent guest experience. Front-of-house management, coordinating with kitchen to ensure smooth service and quality control. Manage reservations and guest relations, handle feedback, maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Support business performance through cost awareness, inventory coordination, supplier follow-up.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Proactive, organized, and guest-focused. Leader able to motivate and train staff, manage shifts, and run smooth daily operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving under pressure, with strong attention to detail and service standards. Skilled at coordinating with the kitchen, handling reservations and complaints. Cost-aware, able to track KPIs and manage inventory, with an owner mindset and strong team spirit.
