Key Responsibilities A) Preparation & Procurement • Review lesson plans provided by BimBi Italiani. • Prepare ingredient lists and quantities based on class size. • Purchase and procure ingredients and materials (reimbursed). • Perform inventory checks before and after each session. • Prepare all tools and materials before class starts. • Arrive on campus at least 30 minutes before the session. B) Delivery of Italian Cooking Sessions • Lead engaging, fun, age-appropriate cooking activities. • Demonstrate techniques safely and clearly. • Guide children step-by-step through recipe preparation. •

Consultant Profile & Qualifications Essential • Proven experience in Italian cuisine, Italian dishes, and culinary techniques. • Experience teaching children or working with children (camps, ECAs, workshops, etc.). • Good command of English to lead a class. • Strong professionalism, punctuality, and hygiene standards. • Ability to work independently and manage a full class setup. • Eligible to work in Thailand in accordance with Thai labor laws (only Thai nationals or individuals with valid work authorization will be considered) Desirable • Experience in international schools or educational en
