ลักษณะงาน

• Support daily bakery operations, including mixing, portioning, shaping, and baking. • Assist in the preparation of a wide range of baked goods — from breads and pastries to confections. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, utensils, and equipment. • Follow recipes and production schedules with precision to ensure consistency and quality. • Collaborate with the bakery team to bring new ideas and continuous improvements. • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Previous experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen (Commis or entry-level baker preferred). • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately. • Physical stamina and good manual dexterity for bakery tasks. • A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with passion for baking. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Familiarity with bakery equipment and food safety regulations is a plus.
