ลักษณะงาน

• Support daily hot kitchen operations, including precise preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes. • Assist in the preparation of a wide range of hot menu items — from appetizers to main courses. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, utensils, and equipment according to industry standards. • Follow recipes and production schedules with precision to ensure consistency and quality in every dish. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to bring new ideas and continuous improvements to our menu and processes. • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (Commis or entry-level kitchen helper preferred). • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately. • Physical stamina and good manual dexterity for kitchen tasks. • A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a genuine passion for cooking. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and advanced food safety regulations is a plus.
