ลักษณะงาน

* Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival. * Handle client check-ins, scheduling, and cancellations. * Provide information about studio services, programs, and pricing. * Assist clients with service sign-ups and payments. * Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and reception area. * Support trainers and management with administrative tasks as needed. * Address client feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus. * Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or luxury service environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk environment. * Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills. * A friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for helping others.
