ลักษณะงาน

主要工作职责 / Key Responsibilities 负责冲压、喷涂、焊接、电泳等生产工序的质量控制与检测； Responsible for quality control and inspection of stamping, painting, welding, and electrophoresis processes. 制定质量检验标准、作业指导书和控制计划； Develop inspection standards, work instructions, and control plans. 参与新产品试产、PPAP、APQP文件编制； Participate in new product trial runs and PPAP/APQP documentation. 分析并解决生产过程中的质量问题，推动持续改进； Analyze and resolve production quality issues and drive continuous improvement. 协助客户和第三方审核； Assist in customer and third-party audits. 培训生产员工的质量意识与检验技能。 Provide training on quality awareness and inspection methods.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

任职资格要求 / Qualifications 本科或大专以上学历，机械或质量管理相关专业； Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Quality Management. 3年以上制造业质量工程经验； At least 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing. 熟悉冲压、喷涂、电泳、焊接工艺； Familiar with stamping, coating, electrophoresis, and welding processes. 熟悉ISO 9001 / IATF 16949体系； Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems. 熟练使用量具，具备良好沟通与分析能力。 Skilled in measurement tools and strong in communication and analysis.
