本科或大专以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、环境工程或相关专业； Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Administration, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. 3年以上制造业人力资源或行政管理经验； At least 3 years of HR or administrative experience in a manufacturing environment. 熟悉泰国劳动法及环境管理法规； Familiar with Thai labor and environmental laws and regulations. 具备良好的中英文或中泰文沟通能力； Good communication skills in Chinese–English or Chinese–Thai. 责任心强，具备良好的协调与执行能力，工作细致； Strong sense of responsibility, coordination, and execution, with attention to detail. 熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）； Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power
