ลักษณะงาน

Conduct in-depth research to identify new opportunities for brand growth in China. Support business development initiatives, including client prospecting, partnership engagement, and retail expansion. (Represent Blue Elephant at trade shows, cultural events, and industry gatherings in Thailand and China.) Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, distributors, and customers. Collaborate closely with Blue Elephant’s teams in Thailand to ensure consistent execution of strategies. Prepare reports and insights specific to Chinese market dynamics to guide decision-making.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. Business-level proficiency in English for internal collaboration is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to navigate cultural contexts. Demonstrated interest in brand building, market development, and cultural exchange within China. Prior experience (internships or entry-level) in business development, marketing, or client engagement within the Chinese market. (Plus) China food or consumer goods knowledge is a plus
