Responsibilities: LMS & Data Management Assist with course assignment, learner status updates, and progress tracking Maintain accurate training records in Google Sheets Support basic automation and dashboard reporting by utilizing formulas such as FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, and XLOOKUP Learning Operations Coordinate with regional managers to align training assignments Support scheduling, internal communications, and announcements Gather and organize feedback from agents and teams Content & Creative Support Contribute to e-learning content, scripts, and learning materials Assist

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications: Required Final-year student or recent graduate (any field) Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace Good communication skills, including English fluency High attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with formulas (VLOOKUP, FILTER, QUERY, etc.) Interest in LMS, HR Tech, e-learning, or data analytics Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or no-code platforms Basic knowledge of APIs or video editing
