ลักษณะงาน

- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations; - Train and supervise restaurant staff; - Managing reservations and seating allocations on a daily basis; - Handling complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant guests and employees; - Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints; - Rostering and staff performance management; - Handle paperwork and other administrative duties; - Implement policies and protocols to maintain restaurant operations; - Development and maintenance of the wine and beverage program; - POS management; - Menu updating; - Managing and updating customer database; - Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety and licensing regulations; - Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction; - Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant; - Promote the restaurant in the local community through word–of–mouth and restaurant events; - Help to create social media content to promote the restaurant.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Thai National. - Good command of English (written & spoken). - Has minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.

35,000 - 45,000 บาท
