ลักษณะงาน

1. Assisting in recruitment processes such as posting job openings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. 2. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates. 3. Research and recommend new job boards or recruitment platforms to improve the hiring process. 4. Handling administrative tasks related to HR functions. 5. Support the organization of company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. Duration / ระยะเวลาฝึกงาน: Not less than 3 months / ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 เดือน

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 2. Strong interest in Human Resources, especially in recruitment and employer branding. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and team members. 4. Proficient in Google Workspace. 5. Comfortable using online platforms and social media for recruitment. 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. 7. Good command of English and Thai (both written and spoken) preferred.
