ลักษณะงาน

- Prepare gourmet coffee/ drinks provided in the menu quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards - Prep & source fresh ingredients, co-ordinate with vendors and maintain a clean, organized area - Ensure the quality served at opening is standards with proper calibration - Serve up drinks with care, speed, and consistency - Upsell café items and support wellness retail - Take care of service area/ front-of-house to be clean and tidy, at all times - Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range - Control beverage & coffee stock levels, ordering and reporting any issues to the Bar Team Leader - Able to work 6 days per week /Shift Work (Morning and Afternoon)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Male or Female, Age 25-40 years - At least 2 years experience in barista / café / smoothie bar, working experience in gourmet coffee-making is a plus - Strong interest in health, fitness, and wellness lifestyle - Friendly, reliable, committed, team player with great communication - Good human relation/ personality. To be represented well as a Company Brand Ambassador - Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team - Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures - Good command in English - Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively - Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment - Self-motivated and energetic
