ลักษณะงาน

- Provide a warm welcome to all visitors upon arrival for scheduled appointments or walk-ins seeking general information, ensuring a warm and professional first impression - Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, posts, and packages, including specialized deliveries and sensitive documents - Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are consistently clean, tidy with a well-groomed and pleasant demeanor - Inform customers about promotions, events, and special campaigns - Provide a comfortable waiting experience by offering refreshments and attending to guest needs while they await consultation - Able to work 6 days per week /Shift Work (Morning and Afternoon)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- 1-2 years experience in receptionist, customer service or hospitality business preferred - Very good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees - Serviced oriented with an eye for details - Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team - Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures - Good command in English - Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively - Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment - Self-motivated and energetic
