ลักษณะงาน

1. Assist the HXPP Group Southern Region Human Resources Director 2. Assist the local general manager in recruiting human resources managers for the factories. 3. Provide support and consultation to human resources managers. 4. Guide the human resource teams by engaging standard operating procedures to avoid operational risks. 5. Collaborate with subsidiary HR teams on setting up the SOP to manage and resolve issues of employees. 6. Bridge between the regional office and factories, handling human resource-related matters, and providing advice and consulting services to the subsidiaries' human resources team. 7. Understand and get familiar with team dynamics within the region, and complete tasks assigned by the General Manager 8. Implement human resource-related projects from headquarters at subsidiaries.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's Degree in HR or BA related fields. 2. Able to speak and write in English. 3. Over 5 years of HR experience 4. Southeast Asia work experience. 5. Based in Xiamen (China), Chonburi (Thailand) or Johor (Malaysia); if based in Xiamen, may need to participate in some business trips in overseas. 6. Excellent communication and coordination skills. 7. Responsible person

90,000 - 180,000 บาท
