We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Hospitality Intern to join our team. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, assisting in day-to-day operations, customer service, event planning, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an intern, you will be expected to learn about the industry and bring fresh and innovative ideas to improve our service offerings. Responsibilities -Assist with day-to-day operations of the business, including taking bookings, assisting guests, and managing reservations -Participate in event planning and execution -Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their inquiries promptly -Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping -Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge -Contribute ideas to improve service offerings and operational efficiency -Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the establishment -Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Hospitality, Business or Tourism or other faculty relating to the applied department in educational institutes in Thailand only. - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality - Computer literacy - Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry - Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
