ลักษณะงาน

- Facilitate the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion. - Oversee event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment, and materials. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for timely service delivery. - Support event registration and attendee management. - Handle on-site event operations, including troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Maintain event documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports. - Assist and create event materials, such as brochures, signage, and presentations. - Provide excellent customer service to event participants and stakeholders. - Perform administrative duties related to event planning and execution.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related discipline. - Proven experience as an Event Operation Assistant or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong skills in organization and multitasking. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. - English speaking is required; a third language is a plus.
