ลักษณะงาน

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our Radisson Resort & Suites Phuket property and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in hospitality management, able to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational oversight. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, HR, Finance). Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service quality and ensuring guest satisfaction goals are met or exceeded. Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and their teams to foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and engagement. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to achieve revenue and profit targets. Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and health & safety regulations. Drive initiatives to improve online review scores, guest loyalty, and employee engagement. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong financial and business acumen with proven success in managing budgets and delivering results. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Guest-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
