We are now seeking a friendly and service-minded Hostess to join our team and help create unforgettable moments for our guests. Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and professional attitude Provide accurate information about park attractions, events, schedules, and services Deliver exceptional service to high-end and VIP clients, ensuring a smooth, personalized, and memorable experience Guide VIP guests to designated areas, assisting with special requests and offering attentive service Assist with crowd control and guest flow at key locations such as entrances, lounges, and attractions Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly and efficiently Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and discretion Support special events, private functions, and premium guest services when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in the work area Represent the brand with confidence, courtesy, and enthusiasm at all times

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
