BU: Oakwood Residence Sukhumvit 24 - Answering all incoming calls of Sales Department - Reply daily enquiry email from the clients - Show property to prospectors - Make and confirm reservation or other correspondence - Assist sales on expenses claim - Prepare corporate contract as assignment - Prepare wholesale contract rate / promotion as assignment - Updated companies? database and mailing list - Preparing client's contract for daily / monthly / yearly stay guest for corporate account - Tracking daily pick up production for wholesale of 3 properties - Summary wholesale contract rate / promotion for wholesale of 3 properties - Summary wholesales room night production each month each account for wholesale of 3 properties - Summary corporate monthly and yearly contract - Updated new company profile in Commence System

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Male or Female, aged between 25- 30 years old. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficient in computer usage, especially with Comanche software and Microsoft Office applications. - Able to coordinate with customers and communicate effectively in English.
