THE POSITION: Merchant Growth Intern As a Merchant Growth Intern, you’ll play a key role in driving merchant success and enhancing our marketplace quality. You’ll work closely with both our Business Development and Marketing teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Audit and Optimize Merchant Listings - Ensure merchant information, pricing, and packages are accurate, up-to-date, and clearly presented on the platform. - Make strategic content adjustments to improve user experience and conversion rates. Merchant Growth - Work with merchants to secure better packages or time slots that increase booking attractiveness. - Identify opportunities to improve inventory based on user trends and platform data. Support Operational Execution - Assist in cross-functional projects related to merchant onboarding, marketing campaigns, and internal coordination. - Help troubleshoot merchant issues and maintain high partner satisfaction. Remind merchants of orders to ensure good customer experience- .

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields - Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality content - Great communication skills (Thai and English/Chinese preferred) - Comfortable with negotiation and building relationships with partners - Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment - Bonus point: Experience with e-commerce, content editing, or account management
