ลักษณะงาน

1. Welcoming the customer. To provide assistance, coordination and facilitate to them. To respond and comply with requests for information, including receiving complaints from them. 2. The reception area is equipped with fruits, mineral water, tea, coffee, etc. 3. Operation method in terms of greeting and hospitality facilitating, coordinate with sales or service personnel for consultation during their visiting at company which resulting in their satisfaction of treatments and services. 4. Operation method in terms of providing medical record service correctly, completely, and up-to-dated for customer and other departments in accordance with the policies and requirements of the company. 5. To response to the patient’s medical records, registering new customer and updating existing patient information, according to the policy of the company. 6. To response to supervising, preparing and maintain the patient’s medical records both of system and storage, for the provision of quality treatment services for customer. 7. Check the sending and receiving of letters in the company's mailbox and forward them to the Administrative Department.

1. เพศหญิง 2. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี 3. จบการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการโรงแรมและท่องเที่ยว ศิลปศาสตร์ 4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ HSK 4 ขึ้นไป 5. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานต้อนรับจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
