Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving customer retention and fostering brand loyalty. Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns while adhering to allocated budgets. Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to guide the development of effective marketing strategies. Oversee the creation, management, and distribution of marketing content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Manage performance reporting and ensure proper documentation of team activities and outcomes. Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Requirements: Must haves: Minimum of a college-level education or higher. Proficient in Thai and English (verbal, written, and reading). At least 5 years of experience in a senior executive marketing-related role in the FMCG or fast pace industry. Diploma or higher in Marketing or relevant field. Strong multitasking abilities and organisational skills. Strategic vision aligned with long-term company goals. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experience. Analytical thinking, creativity in marketing campaigns, and problem-solving skills. Nice to haves: Basic skills in G Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
