ลักษณะงาน

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or related role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in scripting, software auditing, deployment activities, and production issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Script Development and Support: Develop operational scripts to streamline support processes (Shell Scripts, Batch Scripts). Audit Process Participation: Join audit activities to evaluate software readiness and ensure compliance with standards. Project and Service Support: Collaborate with the development team to receive and transition new projects/services for second-tier support. Production Data Management: Support queries from the development team by providing production information such as logs, statistics, and configurations. Deployment Activities: Perform deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Platform Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor platform alarms and promptly repair and resolve application or platform issues in the production environment. Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate and work with the development team to address and fix application/platform issues in production when required.

Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3 years in a System Engineer or related position. Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell Script, Batch Script). Familiarity with software auditing and deployment processes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve production issues efficiently. Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively across teams. Experience in monitoring platforms and addressing application/platform alarms is a plus.
