Magic Property is expanding and looking for both experienced professionals and passionate newcomers to join our real estate sales team in Bangkok. We provide daily client leads, full admin support, and a structure that rewards performance — so you can focus on what matters: closing deals and growing your income. Position Overview - Full-Time, Commission-Based (No salary) - Working Hours: 6 Days, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1 Day/week off) - Special Holidays - Location: Bangkok and Suburbs (onsite property viewings required) Responsibilities - Handle rental and sale inquiries (leads provided) - Conduct property viewings and close deals - Manage client relationships professionally - Update and maintain listings in our system - Coordinate with the admin and listing teams High-Earning Potential - 100% performance-based income - Top agents earn up to 70% per deal (commission + bonus) - No income limit – your success determines your rewards Quality Listings You Can Trust - Work with a curated list of active, accurate properties across Bangkok - No fake or outdated listings – just real opportunities ready to close What We Offer - Daily qualified leads from in-house marketing - Full support – admin team handles contracts and coordination - Training, mentorship & weekly strategy check-ins - Growth opportunities for top performers - Supportive and professional team culture

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Requirements - Must have own car and valid Thai driving license - Fluent in English and Thai - Confident, professional, goal-oriented, and proactive - Real estate or sales experience is a plus
