ลักษณะงาน

1. PC deployment using Airbus standard master image. 2. Patch testing, validation and deployment. 3. IT proximity support to local and remote users with regards to endpoint devices including but not limited to desktop, laptop, software, IT peripheral, printers, IP Phones, video conference system and projectors/ screens. 4. Provide IT technical support to users including installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting. 5. Liaise with relevant vendors on purchase, repair and maintenance of computers and related IT peripherals. 6. Maintain IT process documentation, knowledge based articles and user manual. 7. IT Asset & Inventory management. 8. To pick up, resolve, update, close incidents and service requests tickets. Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field 2. Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and potentially end-users. 3. Ability to manage tasks and follow instructions. 4. Attention to detail for documentation and problem-solving. 5. Good communication in English 6. Student Internship
