ภาพรวมตำแหน่งงานที่รับสมัคร: ตำแหน่ง: นักศึกษาฝึกงานโครงการเสริมศักยภาพสตรี (WEP) รายละเอียดสัญญา: ตามระยะที่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด สถานที่ทำงาน: มูลนิธิเครือข่ายพัฒนาบ้านเด็ก จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กำกับดูแลโดย: ผู้จัดการโครงการเสริมศักยภาพสตรี (WEP) เริ่มงาน: เร็วที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้ นักศึกษาฝึกงานโครงการเสริมศักยภาพสตรี(WEP) จะได้มีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานภาคสนาม ตั้งแต่การลงพื้นที่เพื่อเข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย การช่วยสนับสนุนการจัดอบรม ตลอดจนการประเมินผลลัพธ์ของโครงการ นักศึกษาจะได้ทำงานร่วมกับทีม WEP อย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อช่วยให้โครงการดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาทักษะในการบริหารจัดการโครงการเพื่อสังคม ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ: - สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการลงพื้นที่เพื่อเข้าถึงและคัดเลือกผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ - ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดอบรม เช่น อบรมตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้า อบรมการบริหารการเงิน และกิจกรรมพัฒนาความมั่นใจในตนเอง - ติดตามผลการเข้าร่วมของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ และช่วยเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อติดตามผลกระทบของโครงการ - สนับสนุนงานด้านเอกสารและการบริหารจัดการโครงการ - มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำรายงานและเอกสารต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้โครงการมีความโปร่งใสและมีประสิทธิภาพ POSITION SUMMARY: Job Title: Intern on Women Empowerment Program (WEP) Type of Contract: Based on University’s requirements Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand Report to: WEP Project Manager Expected Start Date: ASAP This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community development, program implementation, and impact assessment while contributing to meaningful social change. The selected candidate will work closely with the Women Empowerment Program (WEP) team to support training facilitation, program coordination, beneficiary outreach, and monitoring and evaluation processes. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibilities of the Intern will include, but are not restricted to, the following: - Assist in the implementation of outreach activities to identify and engage potential program beneficiaries. - Support the facilitation of training sessions, including financial literacy, vocational skills (such as sewing and handicrafts), and confidence-building workshops. - Contribute to beneficiary data collection, progress tracking, and program impact assessment. - Provide administrative and logistical support for program activities, including documentation and reporting. - Collaborate with the WEP team to ensure the effective execution of program initiatives and adherence to best practices.
