- To oversee and direct all aspects of Guest Relations to maximize guest satisfaction.​ - Responsible for the co-ordination and supervision of the entire Guest Relations operations. ​ - Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings​ - Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests​

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Minimum 3 years experiences in the role of Guest Relations in a Luxury Hotel.​ - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English proficiency skills.​ - Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.​ - Guest-oriented, good anticipation skills , attention to details, dynamic and energetic.
