ลักษณะงาน

Space booking: - To know how to book with each carrier & free time. - To understanding all info on booking confirmation. Documentation: - To submit SI/VGM correctly & on time. - To correct & confirm MBL/HBL on time. - To submit ACI/AMS correctly & on time. Customer servicing: - To check & follow up CY/RTN, gate-in to be on time. - To communicate effectively with customers & oversea agents. Payment/Invoicing: - To input/update data properly to issue the correct document from the company's system. - To follow up with customers for payment.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. 2. Newly graduated candidate with passion to be a professional sea freight customer service - US trade is welcome. 3. Good command of spoken and written English. Chinese Communication is a plus. 4. Good personality with service mind & effective communication skill. 5. Good and supportive team player with mindset to work dedicatedly and efficiently to achieve goal.
