ลักษณะงาน

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. • Help configure and set up workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. • Assist in maintaining IT inventory records (hardware, software licenses, etc.). • Help organize and track IT equipment issuance and returns. • Support senior IT staff during company events, system upgrades, or IT projects. • Support the IT team in daily administrative tasks.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows). • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English. • Attention to details and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware systems. • Strong team player with a willingness to learn and take direction. • Adherence to IT policies and confidentiality requirements. • Able to start ASAP.
