ลักษณะงาน

1. To supervise and delegate tasks to the shift electrician and boiler engineer. 2. To ensure normal plant and equipment operation. 3. To tackle any emergency break down of building services in order to minimize disturbance to normal hotel operation. 4. To handle urgent maintenance request from other departments and assign personnel to perform task. 5. To record all problem areas on the Engineering Log Book accurately for reference and discuss with Assistant Chief Engineer. 6. To record all utilities meter readings and prepare daily utility reports. 7. To make recommendation for maintenance improvement, progress of works. 8. To attend all fire alarms with firefighting equipment according to established Safety and Fire Fighting Policy and Procedure. 9. To meet with Assistant Chief Engineer daily. 10. To check and attend to all BMS alarms. 11. To set up time schedule for all function rooms A/V equipment operation during shift. 12. To ensure proper operation of water treatment and filtration plants of swimming pool. 13. To attend Engineering Staff Meetings. 14. To ensure all Health and Safety guidelines are followed.
