ลักษณะงาน

Role Summary Analyse different parameters to offer an overview of the situation and improve SEA Supply Chain. Participate on weekly. Role Responsibilities • Service Level Discrepancies Collect and analyse the difference between Service Level provide by the system and the Service Level Calculated at country level Identify the discrepancies and the root cause Propose a modification of calculation method to revise those parameters • Service Level Failure and 12 months Analysis parameters Identify high failure and low failure items Calculate the past Sales of Items per country and determine their new ABC class and MTO/MTS Propose items parameters modification (Safety Stock and MTO/MTS update) to improve the Service Level and reduce our stock level • Freight Analysis Analyse and draw intra and internal flow of SEA Determine frequency of shipment per flow Analyse Container Fulfilment Propose improvement of flow management • Freight Lead Time Analyse the Lead Time for all type of transportation and for all country based on the shipment schedule • Provide a support on the General Activity of the Supply Chain Review and update daily and monthly KPI Support to identify CabloFil alternative source of manufacturing.
