ลักษณะงาน

1. Oversee and supervise customer relations associates to drive customer satisfaction 2. Work closely with (Customer Relations Manager) in identifying and solving complex customer cases that require escalation and higher-level support 3. Ensure that customer relations associates provide tailored support to clients under deadline pressure 4. Independently evaluate complex customer support cases, assisting customer relations associates in finding effective long term solutions with systematic structure 5. Co-lead weekly customer relations team meetings to streamline customer support and product development processes across all clients 6. Assist in hiring and training customer relations staffs  7. Assist Customer Relations Manager in other urgent tasks assigned 

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.Age 28 - 45 years 2.Fluent in English 4 skills (reading, listening, speaking and Writing) 3.Possesses effective negotiation and communication skills 4.Highly organized with good management skills 5.Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills 6. Capable of working under pressure and tight deadline. ***some experience in customer relations/purchasing in any industry is an additional bonus for consideration**
