-Draft and review contracts and other legal documents -Have experience with the property law, land transfer -Conduct corporate due diligence -Provide legal opinions and recommendations -Coordinate with clients on any other required processes -Supervise and train paralegals and junior lawyers -Provide any other legal support as required

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Lawyer license (optional) -At least 1 years of experience in property law with the legal firm -Able to work independently and complete assignments within the deadline -Ability to multi-task, strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Good communication skills and relationship-building skills -Service-minded and dedicated to providing superior quality client services and commitment to teamwork -Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills -Fluent in English -Good command of computer literacy especially in MS Office and the internet -Have strong analytical and communication skills -Professional Appearance & Conduct
